Dino Park
Dino Park is currently the largest life-size dinosaur park in Southeast Europe. It is the perfect place for people who want to spend time among these fascinating creatures that have been missing for some time. The dinosaur park is one of the most attractive destinations for children in the area.
Dino Parc is located near Rasnov Fortress and on the route arranged among dinosaurs there are also special panels with unique information about these extinct species. After the children see all the dinosaurs they can enter the 9 D cinema where they will definitely have a unique experience.
Exhibitions – these are organized in tree houses and complete the route with dinosaurs. They are specific to the park and provide examples of the environment after the dinosaurs disappeared, showing real rocks and fossils. The visit to the exhibition is included in the ticket for entering the park.
Laser maze – here children have the opportunity to move and become spies. To enter the game you have to go through the lasers and not touch them. the winners will receive a detective diploma. For each child a fee of 5 lei will be paid, corresponding to each shift.
Playground – outside, children have a large number of items to have fun with such as 10 slides, swings of different shapes, dinosaur swings, houses specially designed for play.
Painting workshop – the workshop is arranged in tree houses and is the place where children can express their imagination. With the help of plaster figurines and velvet outlines at hand, children can show their creativity using the materials from the workshop. The price of the models can be between 6 and 50 lei, and the park offers colors and brushes. All painted objects can be taken as a souvenir at home. This workshop is not only for children, but also for adults.
The price to visit Dino Parc is 28 RON for adults, 22 RON for children over 3 years and access is free for children under 3 years. The visiting schedule is from Monday to Thursday, between 10 am and 5 pm, on Friday and Saturday between 10 am and 6 pm, and on Sunday tourists can visit the dinosaurs between 10 am and 5.30 pm.
